Fulfilling the obligation resulting from art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:
Fulfilling the obligation resulting from art. 14 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:

1) The administrator of your personal data is: COFRAMA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań, located at Obornicka 227, 60-650 Poznań (KRS: 0000126696, NIP: 9511979805, REGON: 016347843).

3) Your personal data will be processed Personal data is processed on the basis of:
a. the need to fulfill your order;
b. legitimate interest, e.g. responding to a complaint, marketing purposes;
c. in connection with the need to fulfill a legal obligation, e.g. issuing and storing invoices, accounting documents (tax and fiscal obligations);
d. your voluntary consent. pursuant to Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a, b, c, d, e, f or
4) We can obtain data from you, e.g. in the following cases: by concluding contracts, starting cooperation, setting up system access accounts, purchasing processes, responding to complaints, participating in training courses or expressing willingness to receive newsletters, registration at fairs and rallies
5) Persons whose data is processed have the following rights:
a. the right to object to data processing. You can make a request when we process data due to our legitimate interest, with which you do not agree. If the objection turns out to be justified, the data will be deleted.
b. the right to rectify (correct) data. This right can be exercised when the processed data is incorrect or incomplete.
c. the right to delete data (to be forgotten). You can request the deletion of your personal data in the following situations:
- when the consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed was withdrawn;
- when the data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
- an objection to data processing has been filed
- when personal data is processed unlawfully.
d. the right to limit processing. You can request that we not process certain personal data (except for their storage), but without completely deleting them.
e. the right to access data. The law allows you to obtain information whether the Administrator processes personal data, what data is processed, for what purpose and when and to obtain a copy of your personal data.
f. the right to transfer data. You can request to prepare the data held by the Administrator in a structured form, in a commonly machine-readable format and/or ask for their transfer to another Data Administrator.

6) At any time, you can change your consents regarding the methods of communication with you, correct your data or withdraw your consent to their processing via e-mail: marketing@coframa.pl
7) Details on how to use the files are available independently on the websites of companies and subsidiaries and brands that we take care of.
8) The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at marketing@coframa.pl
9) If you believe that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
